That’s exactly what the Coyote volleyball team did tonight against Augustana. Augie is perennially one of the, if not the, best team in the NCC. They stepped up and beat them, even when Augie fans outnumbered the Coyote Crazies in the dome tonight. That’s what the best do. They win the games they are suppose to. I picked against them in this week’s issue of the Volante, and I’m happy to say they proved me wrong.
It’s nice to see this team step up and take care of business against Augie, let’s see what they do against a fantastic UMD team tomorrow afternoon.
Let’s hope USD can come out of this week 2-0.
